This agent analyses job architecture data to spot inconsistencies, duplication, and structural gaps. I use it when an organisation’s role library has grown messy — unclear levelling, overlapping responsibilities, or legacy content that no longer fits.
WL-A1 gives me a high-level view of where the job framework is breaking down. It flags roles that are too similar, responsibilities that are repeated without purpose, or gaps in progression logic. It’s my go-to when the brief is “clean this up” — especially in large or decentralised orgs.
