This agent maps the skills embedded in messy, unstructured role content to the O*NET taxonomy. I use it to take things like job descriptions, role requests, or even bullet-pointed task lists and convert them into structured, analysable skill sets.

It helps me spot not just the obvious matches, but also related skills I might miss — and it categorises them by domain (like cognitive, technical, or social). I rely on WL-M1 to standardise input before I do any deeper capability work, comparison across roles, or task-level analysis.
