WL-M2

Maps work outputs or responsibilities to O*NET task data for consistency and comparison.

WL-M2

This agent takes raw task descriptions — whether from job ads, PDs, or workflows — and maps them to the task-level structure in O*NET. I use it to standardise responsibilities across roles, identify overlap, and surface what work is actually being done.

It’s especially useful when roles look different on paper but are functionally similar. WL-M2 helps me reduce redundancy, clarify expectations, and connect task-level insight to broader job architecture or automation potential.
