This agent aligns roles, responsibilities, and tasks with the SFIA framework — tagging each with relevant skills and expected levels of responsibility. I use it mostly for digital, tech, and transformation roles where SFIA is already part of the language or governance.

WL-M4 helps me translate informal job descriptions into something that fits structured capability models. It’s useful when building job families, auditing digital capability, or aligning with clients who already use SFIA in workforce planning.
